Suburban Steel Supply provided structural steel for Murphy’s Park Retail Center, located at 337-353 West Olentangy Street, Powell, Ohio.
Suburban Steel detailed, fabricated and delivered approximately 39 tons of columns and beams, 15 tons of steel joists and 123 square-feet of roof deck for the one-story building. The company also provided pipe bollards and dumpster gates for the retail center. Suburban Steel began working on the project on June 1, 2007 and completed the project within a strict, two-month schedule on August 1, 2007.
Suburban Steel collaborated on the project with the general contracting company, KPRS O’Brien Construction Services Inc, and the steel erecting company, Seneca Steel Erectors.
