Suburban Steel Supply is providing structural steel for the Terrazza Condominiums, located at the Tartan West development in Dublin, Ohio.
Suburban Steel detailed, fabricated and delivered approximately 16 tons of columns and beams for the elaborate four-story building. The condominium is the second of five buildings included in the Terrazza Condominiums project and overlooks the development’s lake, as well as the Corazón Club & Spa.
Construction on the building began in May 2007, with an expected completion date of spring 2008. Suburban Steel collaborated on the project with the general contracting company, Brackett Builders Inc.
